Nothing feels better than knowing you can take care of yourself mentally, financially and physically. However, the physical part is not just exercise. Being able to protect yourself in all situations is a confidence booster, can reassure you when heading out, will improve your self-discipline and teaches you self-respect. All whilst improving your physical conditioning and warrior spirit!

Instructors and leaders from the Swansea University Jiu Jitsu team will be leading you through the session.

What do you need?
