Hypnotherapy for Living Well
Hypnotherapy is the treatment and healing of a variety of different psychological and physiological symptoms through the use of trance, which can be compared to deep relaxation. Hypnotherapy works by helping you to take control of your life by allowing you to relax your conscious mind and access the resources of your unconscious.
We all experience a certain degree of hypnosis or trance on a daily basis. Have you ever day-dreamed or got lost in your thoughts? Or suddenly arrived somewhere and not been aware of the journey? These are examples of an altered state of awareness, which is exactly what hypnosis is.
Liz is a registered Hypnotherapist with training in Psychotherapy. She is also a Past Life Therapist and Coach. Her background is in teaching and nursing.
