As you may be aware, we have just under gone some refurbishment work in the club and will be re-opening on Friday 3rd February for our official opening party. With music venues closing down across the country, this is pretty unheard for a business to invest, while others are closing down at a very unhealthy speed. Music culture in the UK has been under threat for a while now and people are starting to understand how important music, culture and venues are to our economy and nightlife. We are currently developing the whole building, which will see a multiple space music complex, offering a range of events. Fabric nearly lost its license last year and was over turned due to the major support it received across the world, with even politicians recognising the importance of this unhealthy trend. We’re hardly a big player on the world scene. But it all starts in the little towns. For South Devon this project is huge and we are currently in talks with some major party organisers, tour operators, festivals and artists all showing there support in this.
