Welcome to the first of two open air events this Summer – celebrating #5years into our journey through Liverpool’s finest dancefloors and the four corners of the electronic music world.
Sad to say that despite best efforts in trying to see out a long-standing love affair with Constellations, we are unable to host this event in our garden on Greenland Street. In the wise words of Buddah, “Nothing is forever except change” and so we’ll cycle into a new reincarnation of our Summer gatherings very soon. But for now, you can expect to stick around the Baltic Triangle a little longer with the party taking place at the brilliant Brick Street – in their newly refurbished outdoor space by day, before we head down the road to 24 Kitchen St until late. Excited to shake things up a little with a team!
Line-up:
◘ DJ Koolt
◘ Harry McCanna
◘ Ron Obvious (live)
◘ UZU | Nerram
◘ Tom Ford & Jake Howarth
2pm to 11pm @ Brick Street
11pm to 4am @ 24 Kitchen St
DJ Koolt is a name time-honoured with having a great influence on one of the emerging powerhouses of our music, a South-American swing coming straight out of Montevideo, Uruguay. Having just hosted Nicolas Lutz on our birthday we’re super-excited to see his early mentor and leading Phonotheque colleague finish up a European tour in Liverpool on Bank Holiday Sunday 26th May. Expect a hypnotic blend of pumping music that will light up the energy in 24 Kitchen St once more – a man credited for wild club sets who’s sure to close in style. Spicy!
Over in Brick Street by day and joining us for a third time is the ever-blooming Harry McCanna, a man who’s steady grown his stylish record collection over ten years of providing the goods across London’s best parties and night spots, earning wide respect and admiration from the scene. Now heading up NorthSouth Records with our good mates Sam & Dale and taking their sound international – keep an eye on this crew over the coming years. To top that off we have the excellent Ron Obvious performing his efficacious live – a trip through party-starting constructions that you’ll have no problem dancing to. Get your other eye on this man. It will be the debut of a totally new live set made ready for Summer with a slew of festivals and international dates, as well as his first performance in the North.
Leading the charge from the get-go, Tom Ford & Jake Howarth are back in the booth alongside our boys Nerram and UZU. A strong collection of local and UK talent featuring across the afternoon and early evening. Party gear from the off!
See you down Brick Street
