“Acoustic Afternoons” - with Danny Bradley, Mike Blue and Matty Trought.

Liverpool Entertainment, Music and Arts Network presents “ Acoustic Afternoons”

This is a monthly event (where possible) on a Sunday afternoon to provide a platform for local musicians to showcase their songs, vocals and music AND get paid for their time and skills.

Many gigs these days are, unfortunately,  unpaid so it’s extremely difficult for musicians to earn a living or supplement their income. We want to change that and we hope you will come along on that journey with us!

We will be selecting Singers and musicians who we feel are worth investigating and finding out about.
We shall be hosting relatively unknown artists aswell as those more established in the industry.
We hope that you will support these events so that we can continue to provide paid work for musicians at all stages of their careers and we hope that you will be a part of that.

This event will feature Danny Bradley, Matty Trought and Mike Blue. 

Danny Bradley was originally born in the USA but was raised in England. His guitar skills are incredible, he has a variety of styles and vocal ranges. He does a beautiful rendition of “Saucer ‘N Cup” ( a blues song written originally by Eric Bibb) to his most recent release “ I’m Gone, l’m Gone” ( Written about homelessness) with a beautiful almost Ian Brown style vocal. Danny Bradley is well worth finding out about which is why we have booked him for this event.

Support is provided by Mike Blue. ( He will be on first at 2pm to 2.30pm so please don’t be late!!)

Mike Blue is a singer/songwriter from the North West but based in Liverpool. He has recorded and released two albums so far “ The Demo Tapes” in 2018 and 2021’s “Dark Daze” which he wrote and recorded himself during the lockdowns of 2020. He is currently recording his third album with a full band set-up. He’s a very skilled guitar player and has quite mellow vocals- perfect for a relaxing Sunday afternoon and a nice cold beer!

After Mike we have added an additional act .

We are very excited to announce that Matty Trought has now been added to the line up of our fantastic “Acoustic Afternoons” event.
Matt is a very talented young singer/songwriter from the Wirral. He has his own unique style and many influences across different music genres.
Although currently a solo performer his previous band “Homeguard” performed at the Cavern as part of a “Battle of the Bands” event. His band won and were able to then record their own music at their University recording studio.
Matt is currently busy writing new songs which will be recorded and released in due course.
We hope that you will enjoy his performance!
