ICL CHRISTMAS SUPPER CLUB @ The Cockleshell

International@CampusLife welcomes you to Christmas Supper Club at The Cockleshell! Join us for a traditional British Christmas Dinner with return coach travel included all for just £13! We know many of you are returning home for the Christmas break so what better way to get together and say goodbye?

Date: Tuesday 11th December 2018

Time: Departing The Archway,Bay Campus at 5:50pm with a pick up at Fulton House, Singleton Campus at 6pm. The journey will take approximately 20 minutes and will return from The Cockleshell at 8pm. The driver will confirm the departure meeting point on the day.

Description: Our Christmas Supper Club will be a "help-yourself style" carvery (a mix of meats, vegetables and extras that you can choose to eat as much or as little of as you like)! There are vegetarian and vegan options available too. Please confirm which type of meal you'd like when purchasing your ticket.

We hope you'll enjoy the variety this very traditional British menu has to offer and join us in celebrating the festive season and our international community with friendship and food. All are welcome to this event however spaces are limited.  

Refund policy: refunds for tickets cannot be given after the date of the trip if you fail to attend for any reason. If you require a refund, you must email international.campuslife@swansea.ac.uk before midnight Sunday 9th December or the refund may not be issued. Any refunds will not include the booking charge, this will be lost - apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

Data Protection: International@CampusLife will use the information you provide to us for attendance and safety purposes. We will use your data to produce internal statistics but will not share it with third parties or use it for marketing purposes. Your information will be provided to our trip leader on the day of the trip for the purpose of attendance monitoring and emergency situations where they may need to contact you.
