Experience two days of great music at Carnival Brewing Company, split into two parts:
Sunday 1st of September featuring live loud music, and Friday 6th September featuring solo acts and a more chilled vibe - but both nights will be full-on psych happenings with DJs and playlist full of the best of psych from the past, present ands future, and trippy visuals!
SUNDAY 1st SEPTEMBER:
Thee Lucifer Sams (Liverpool / Rio de Janeiro / Hamburg): visionaire psychedelic semi-improvised noisy rock'n'roll band returns to Liverpool after over 2 years, after awing audiences in Iceland, Sweden and Germany. Described by legend John Robb as "stunning". A true psychedelic trip to the outer realms of music. ONLY UK DATE of 2024
The Shadow Kabinet (Liverpool): psychedelic skiffle band, with catchy tunes and enough acid to feed Haigh Ashbury. Imagine if Paul McCartnewy had taken acid in 1962 and you're in the ballpark...
Esa Shields (Mars): Liverpool's best-kept psychedelic talent, who's supported the likes of Jane Weaver and Ladytron. Like Brian Wilson on Mars... truly unique psychedelic songs.
Plus special guests:
Freddie Barker (Liverpool): former guitarist and singer in short-lived but extremely good Zetland band, now exploring electronic beats and psychedelia.
Tepid Days (solo, Liverpool): Jamie Roberts from semi-legendary Wild Fruit Art Collective showcasing his latest project, solo.
Plus! Wild trippy visuals and DJ Sets by Ivan Thunders (Thee Lucifer Sams) and Freddie Barker.
