Word Sound & Power Meets Westway Roots w/ King Pharaoh & Singer Tempa

Following on from the dance in September with Kings Hifi, we return to the Volks to offer a night of roots reggae music. 2 soundsystems in the area: Word Sound and Power Soundsystem meets Westway Roots Soundsystem w/ King Pharaoh & Singer Tempa in a unity style. Expect dubplates, exclusives and unbridled creativity loud, clear and heavy.Word Sound & Power require no introduction, but to the uneducated:-Robert Tribulation was a founding member of great Tribulation Soundsystem operating since the 1970s, relaunched into the mighty Word Sound & Power Soundsystem in 1991. The aim of WSP is to carry forward a conscious message and are commited to providing guidance for the youths pushing through in the reggae music industry. WSP have played across the UK and Europe. Robert will be joined by Jimmy Ranks on the mic. With the help of The Almighty the works shall continue!

Westway Roots Soundsystem w/ King Pharaoh & Singer Tempa:
Westway Roots Soundsystem are a fellow West London Soundsystem. Westway have been running sessions at a busy pace over the last 18 months. They are pleased to share the dance with Channel One Crew member King Pharaoh, an up and coming selector who has been at Channel One's side for the last few years, learning his trade to promote the message in its fullest. They will be joined by Singer Tempa (Conscious Sounds/ Lionheart Soundsystem). Come catch Tempa's vibe- he's sure to rain lyrical fire on the mic. 

Room 2 provided by Brighton residents Inna Sound. 
Inna Sound will bring nothing but killas from their vinyl selectas! Complete with beatboxing and bars from host Dyna-Mic. Hold tight all massive...expect big things from Inna Sound in 2017.
