What The Truck? - Another debut trader for us What The Truck? are smashing together the best of world cuisine in their fancy pants truck. Expect banh mi, tacos and much much more!
The Hip Hop Chip Shop - Manchester LEGENDS are bringing their untraditional take on fish & chips for us. May well also have an impact on the musical direction of the night.
Scoop Up - ANOTHER debut trader for us. Created in the very recent past these ice cream experts are specialists in spiffing ice cream sandwiches *prays for sunshine*
