De-Stress Day - Hypnotherapy (Bay Campus)

Ever tried hypnotherapy? Why not give it a go with our accredited hypnotherapist Liz Stratton who will share her expert knowledge of how to keep stress at bay.

Update: This event will now be hosted through Zoom on Tuesday the 18th (1-2pm) and on Thursday the 20th (12:30pm-1:30pm). The Thursday session on Bay Campus will allow you to take part as a group, using one of the Haven's Zoom meeting rooms.

The Zoom link will be emailed to everyone who has signed up, but we would still love to see you at the De-stress event on Monday to take part in the other activities! We look forward to seeing you!
