AGE RESTRICTIONS

Age restrictions: 15-18. Everyone WILL be asked to prove their age regardless of how old or young you may look. You MUST bring a valid form of ID. As well as physical ID we also accept certain digital options. Details of what is accepted are found on our Instagram account @citymotivesuk. Please feel free to dm us with any further questions.

BANNED ITEMS

You risk your items being taken off you and thrown in the bin if you bring them. We cannot be responsible for looking after them. Details of banned items are to be found on our Instagram page.

If you refuse to hand them in, you will be refused entry without a refund.

We reserve the right to remove anyone for any unruly behaviour without a refund.

ALCOHOL / ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

We have the right to turn you away if we feel you are under the influence, found to be carrying alcohol/illegal substances or suspect you have taken something prior to the event.

REFUNDS

No refunds shall be given for any reasons including if you are turned away or can no longer make the event. If for any reasons the event is cancelled and rescheduled you will be able to use your ticket to the rescheduled event.
