Summer Exhibition, Open Call and Art Prize 2019

Artists from the South Wales area are invitied to apply for our Biannual Summer Open Call and Art Prize.

If shortlisted, your work will be exhibited at M.A.D.E in the Summer Exhibition in July and, from this cohort of artists, a winner will be selected by jury for the solo Art Prize. The winner will be invited to exhibit next year at M.A.D.E in a solo show, with curatorial support from the team at M.A.D.E.

If you would like to apply, please reply to the email address below with up to 5 images of recent works, an artist statement (250 words approx), exhibiting CV and a link to your website or online portfolio by 20/06/19.

Work should be labelled in the following format: Artist Name.Title.Medium.Date

There will be a £20 fee for install and admin contribution per artist (if invited to exhibit).

The prize is for mid-career and emerging artists with a professional practice, not intended for artists currently within education or recent graduates.
