Our online meditation sessions are great for carving out some ‘me time’ in a hectic schedule or starting a daily meditation practice.
We are running 4 meditation sessions over the August assessment period to help you relax and relieve any stress relating to your exams.
You can join Mandy in person at the Haven (Bay Campus - location here) for the Tuesday session and in the Lighthouse (Singleton Campus - location here) for the Thursday session.
