This event will be strictly table service until further notice as the local authorities have instructed us to work at reduced capacity in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Guests will not be permitted to walk around the venue except to use restroom or smoking facilities. Face coverings must be worn when not at your table (unless exempt).

TICKETING:

Tickets are valid for your booked time slot only. Please check this before booking as refunds cannot be processed in the event of user error. Once your time slot is up, you will be required to vacate the venue. If you wish to stay beyond your booked time slot, you may be given the option to remain at your table at a rate concurrent with the door prices (usually £10 before 8:30pm and £15 thereafter).

All Nighter Special tickets are valid for the complete duration of the event. Tickets booked for multiple slots allow you to remain for the individual slots booked.

Seating is allocated at the discretion of the venue. If you want to reserve a table in a certain location please contact us to let us know where you would like to be and we will do our best to accommodate you. Downstairs seating during busy periods may incur a VIP charge of £25 per table.

No Track Suits
No Sports Wear
No Caps
No Pouches

Shoes:

Smart shoes must be worn

Smart trainers allowed 

No white trainers

No air bubbles 

No running shoes e.g. Air Force, Huarache etc.

Please be aware that if you are refused entry due to having incorrect tickets or non-compliance with the dress code, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Venue security has the final decision on who may or may not enter the venue.

In the event of cancellation due to venue closure or order by authorities, everyone will automatically receive a refund.
