Varsity might finish on the pitch… but the night definitely doesn’t end there. 

Once the final whistles go, everyone ends up at Soho. Teams, socials, celebrations, commiserations… whatever the result, the afterparty is here. 

Four floors open, DJs across the club and a dance floor full of sports teams who’ve been at it all day.

If you were part of Varsity or just want to be where the atmosphere is this is where the night carries on.

Soho Rooms is Newcastle’s #1 student club, right in the centre, walkable from all halls, easy to get to & even easier to stay out late in.

Where & when Venue: Soho Rooms, City Centre (25–27 Mosley Street, NE1 1YF) Getting here: 2‑minute walk from Monument Metro. Easy walk from all city centre halls.Doors: 9pm–3:30am (arrive early to avoid queues)

This is an 18+ event. Physical photo ID is required (passport or driving licence). We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Look after yourself and your mates: Plan your journey home before you head out. Stick together and check in on each other. Drink responsibly, pace yourself, you’ve got all week! If you ever feel unsafe or unwell, speak to our security or bar staff immediately.
