EDDY GARTRY BAND featuring MICHA SPRENGER

Veteran bluesman EDDY GARTRY was Thornaby born and bred before moving to the Welsh borders. One of his many bands, THE WEREWOLVES OF POWYS, played for us back in August 2018. It was a lovely, sunny summer’s day, the band went down a storm and we all made new friends. On that famous occasion he had a young guest guitarist in the band, the fabulous MICHA SPRENGER. Eddy’s next scheduled gig at Toft House, with his band BLUES STATE UK, had to be cancelled due to bereavement. But MICHA’S next appearance was as part of LORENA & THE TIDE. The rest is history! It will be wonderful to invite Eddy and Micha back to Toft.
