Rubric 1st Birthday with Francesco Del Garda & Lopaski

For the observant ones amongst you, our next escapade takes us on a short journey across the city. Welcome to The White Hotel... a truly ground breaking new project run by some Manchester forward thinkers. 

We thought it was more than appropriate to exit 2016 in a blaze of glory as we invite one of the most seminal selectors in the electronic music movement, alongside one of our local homies…welcome, Francesco Del Garda and Lopaski.

Seekers / Colours rising star Francesco Del Garda never fails to turn out an upfront selection, comprising of solid new cuts and old gems, sending audiences into a euphoric frenzy. He cut his teeth on the Italian Riviera at just 19 years of age, and sharpened them further at hot spots such as Cocorico’ and Echoes, before doing spells in London and Ibiza. 

In our opinion, Del Garda has been carving out some of the most otherworldly sounding minimal house and techno sets to have graced this planet in the last few years. Unique, quirky and with a definite awkwardness to them; for those that bring an mind open to experience something new you're in for a right treat.

Bringing the stellar support, we’ve invited one of our pals Lopaski along for the ride. Paddy is definitely no stranger to the Manchester faithful, after playing for us back in February. A class act in his own right, Lopaski has stepped up his production hype and delivered some already timeless pieces on genre-leading labels Elephant Moon and more recently the French based Politics of Dancing imprint. 

Our trusty residents will also be on hand to warm things up nicely; there's also the possibility of a few special guests TBA on the night, and maybe a cake...well come on, it is our 1st birthday after all.
