Identification
Each member of your party must bring valid ID. If you were asked to provide copies of ID by email when making your booking request, the ID you provide on the night must be the original version of the copy ID that you provided in advance. We only accept Passport, Photocard Driving License or National ID Card. Should any details given during the booking application process turn out to have been falsified, the booking will be cancelled.

Behaviour
We operate a zero tolerance policy on unfriendly or antisocial behaviour. Those who are deemed to be overly intoxicated upon arrival will be refused admission. Aggressive behaviour or drug taking is strictly prohibited and will result in either ejection from the premises or detainment and Police arrest. Tup Tup Palace works closely with Northumbria Police and will report anyone engaging in illegal activity.

Dress Code
We have very strict entry criteria and operate a stringent dress code. We expect our guests to be dressed to the highest of standards and reserve the right of admission on this basis. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a blazer / formal suit jacket (or smart collared shirts during the summer months). Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dress and heels. Sportswear, shorts, vests or hoodies are prohibited. Trainers, casual jeans and jumpers are discouraged.
