Victor Simonelli is one of the defining names behind the New York house sound of the 1990s — known for a soulful style blending gospel, disco and jazz. Across a career spanning decades, he’s released hundreds of tracks under aliases including Solution, NY’s Finest and Groove Committee, helping shape underground dance music worldwide.

He’s worked alongside some of the biggest names in house music history including Frankie Knuckles, Arthur Baker and Masters at Work, while also producing and remixing for globally recognised artists such as Michael Jackson, David Bowie and Quincy Jones.

This is genuine house music heritage coming to Middlesbrough.
