Twisted Christmas Special with Tom from Electric Swing Circus and C@ In The H@

Twisted are back in The Cellars at The Buttermarket for the first of two Christmas specials! The first one featuring our friends Tom from Electric Swing Circus and C@ in the H@  with support from Big Sister Hattie for an eclectic fusion of sounds to take you back to those heady days of festival fun that we are all missing.

The Buttermarket is a Covid secure venue and this is a seated gig in tables of up to 6. 

Tickets are individually priced this time, but you MUST arrive with your bubble in one group.

TOM ESC

Guitarist from Electric Swing Circus and Creative Director at Swingamajig Tom ESC DJ sets are all about vintage music, but mostly about having fun. An eclectic mix for anyone who wants to move their feet, Tom bringing the fun and passion from his other projects to the dancefloor.
Resident DJ at the Swingamajig Speakeasy at Shambala and special events alongside ESC shows, Tom only plays a select few hand-picked events every year as he is usually out touring with the band. Focusing on musicality to mix styles and genres together Tom likes to push the boundaries of what people expect from a DJ set.

C@ IN THE H@

C@ in the H@ (pronounced: Cat in the Hat) creates a fusion of early twentieth century swing and jazz, and chunky twenty-first century beats with bouncy electronic bass. Hailing from Birmingham UK with a completely innovative style called “Swing with the Big Bass Sound”, his DJ sets are about having fun, bringing you Electro Swing & Vintage Remix with aspects of Turntablism, Dubstep, Jungle, House, Reggae & whatever else fits into the melting pot, as long as it brings a smile to your face and makes you wanna dance. He has a number of releases out on Ragtime Records, Pedigree Cuts, Freshly Squeezed & Greenqueen Music.
His most recent release, Drugstore Cowboy, crosses styles including breaks, DnB, & Dubstep, as well as the Swing beat, charting across the board including no.3 in the Beatport Breaks chart. C@ in the H@ is also director at Ragtime Records alongside Top Hat from the Electric Swing Circus, which now has a series of chart busting releases from all styles of electro swing including artists such as Skeewiff, Electric Swing Circus, Jamie Berry, donJohnston, CATJAM & Jenova Collective to name a few.
