A prodigiously gifted Americana/Folk singer-songwriter with an extraordinarily soulful voice, Winter Mountain has released 2 critically acclaimed albums, appeared live on Radio 2, and toured the world.

Born in deepest darkest Cornwall, Joe Francis (WMs real name) joined his first band at 12 years old. Raised on a healthy diet of The Beatles, Dylan, Neil Young, Springsteen, Led Zep, The Police and Joni Mitchell his young mind was set alight and his creativity erupted. Since then he has recorded albums at Abbey Road and Sun Studios, appeared live on national radio, toured internationally and supported the likes of Seal, The Waterboys, Seth Lakeman, Cara Dillon, Larkin Poe, Rosanne Cash, Patty Griffin, Paulo Nutini, Richard Thompson, Ben Howard and many others.
