University of Brighton Graduation Ball - Class of 2017

Hi All,

With assignments, exams and the end of University rapidly approaching, it seems only right that one last celebratory event is arranged to mark the send-off of what has been an amazing University experience. In light of news that the Student Union are not to invest in a Graduation Ball this year, we were approached by current finalists to take it upon ourselves to create a Ball like no other; Designed by students for students. After months of meticulous planning we feel we have a fantastic Graduation Ball planned. Open to the whole year, we feel that it will be a truly fitting end to our University journey.

For an event of this magnitude and size we wanted to hire the very best venue we could and after much consolation, felt that the iconic Grand Hotel on the Seafront is the perfect location. We’re still exploring content but things to expect on the night are; 

• DJ and live band

• Photo booth with an array of props & unlimited prints

• Photographer

• Retro Pick and Mix Stall

• Retro Candy Floss Stall

• Retro Popcorn Stall

• Retro Hot Dog Stall

• Selection of hot and cold Canapé’s (Mini Fish & Chips/ Pizza’s etc)

• Champagne Reception

• Casino Tables

• And.... any suggestions you may have, please drop us a message and if its possible we will make it happen!

The dress code is formal ball attire (Tuxedo's are not mandatory).
