Christmas Comes Early for the boys at Brighton Gay Men's Chorus.
We are so excited to be back at the prestigious Brighton Dome Concert
Hall. Under the direction of Artistic Director Marc Yarrow and the guidance of Creative Director Quintin Young,
we will pull all the stops to get you in the festive mood with an
unforgettable evening of laughter and song, infused with sparkly spirit
and packed full of seasonal favourites like 'Silent Night', 'Christmas,
Baby Come Home', 'I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day', 'O Holy
Night' and special highlights from 'The Greatest Showman', Leona Lewis,
Tina Turner and George Michael, to name just a few; all arrangements
exclusively created for the Chorus.
The boys are preparing for
their Christmas party and the big opening number 'The 12 Gays of
Christmas' in which one member will win a big part. But who? Will it be
the newbie Mr Thomas or the conniving Ivor Plan? With tinsel abounding
and figgy pudding being dished up, the boys are bursting with Christmas
cheer!
The show will also raise funds for two worthy causes close
to our hearts: The Unitarian's Building Appeal Fund to restore their
Grade 2 listed building - a unique part of Brighton’s heritage; and The Sussex Beacon, which provides both inpatient and outpatient services for HIV+ people living in Sussex and beyond.
