Climax's Freshers Fortnights include the biggest one-off events in the city that are ONLY run once a year in freshers, but also include the city's biggest regular events including but not limited to Quids In, TNT, FIX Fridays, Battle of the Uni's & many more.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- All events are 18+ and Photographic ID (Driving License or Passport) will be required for entry to all night clubs.

- The wristbands include entry before 10:30pm or until venue reaches its legal capacity.

- Management reserve the right to refuse entry without refund.

- Lineup is subject to change at managements discretion.

- In the case the event is postponed due to government order, all wristbands will be transferred over to the new events dates.

- Received a refund if you do not get into your first choice university.

- You must submit your refund request no later than 48 hours after A Level Results have changed. In the email you should attach UCAS evidence of your deferral or University change and 1 form of valid Photographic ID.

- In the unlikely scenario that your freshers week date is altered due to Covid 19 we will postpone the event to your new Freshers week date. You can rest assured that your ticket will still be 100% valid for the rearranged date.

- If postponement is not possible and we are forced to cancel the event we will issue a full refund on any ticket purchased.
