Unlikely Japanese TV star Ollie Horn's intelligent and revealing hour explores how he ended up working as a Japanese TV presenter, and why he had to give it all up. Ollie's thought-provoking, witty, and hilarious stand-up has taken him on a 12 country international tour, selling out shows from Hong Kong to San Francisco.
If you've ever tried to learn another language, experienced living in another country, or ever felt like a fish out of water, you'll relate to Ollie's tale of trying to understand a foreign culture, and work out his place in it.
Pig in Japan is his debut solo hour, that has just finished a critically-acclaimed run at Perth Fringeworld and the Adelaide Fringe in Australia.
'Highly recommended... a healthy dose of self-deprecation, insight and wit' (Advertiser, Adelaide). 'Smart, questioning stuff' (List). "I came for the Mr Sparkle aesthetics but stayed for the engaging story Ollie has to tell" - Collage Adelaide
