Paul Kerensa Sings The Bible! A One-Man Jukebox Musical

Believe it or not (either's fine), this British Comedy Award-winning writer (Miranda, Top Gear, TFI Friday) karaokeizes 66 books (including Noah, Moses, Mary, Jesus, Donald etc) into one scrip-roaring hour, via Gloria Gaynor, Queen, Elvis and Disney.

“Brilliant writer, fantastic communicator & deep thinker” – Chris Evans

“Dazzlingly funny” – The Spectator

In the beginning... (a 5, 6, 7, 8…)

Let there be light entertainment! Whether you’re atheist or archbishop, thou shalt come and enjoy jokes, songs and a mid-life crisis as the Good Book is given a musical makeover. Journey from Gloria Gaynor’s Adam and Eve to Kool & The Gang’s Celebration/Revelation, via Exodus Rhapsody, Frozen on the Mount, and Don McLean’s American Pible.

This family-friendly one-man jukebox musical has sold out everywhere it’s been, and comes from a British Comedy Award-winning writer (Miranda, Top Gear, TFI Friday). Paul Kerensa won ITV’s Take The Mike Award, and is one of the few comics to have played cathedrals and The Comedy Store. You might have heard his contributions to BBC’s Not Going Out or Buble at the BBC, or as a regular on the Radio 2 Breakfast Show’s ‘Pause for Thought’ slot. He’s also taken shows to the Edinburgh Fringe, Montreal Comedy Festival, Monaco and the Middle East, and is a bestselling author.

Noah, Moses, Mary, Jesus, Donald and much much less are brought to the stage with help from Elvis, Eminem, Disney and Winehouse in a scrip-roaring hour.

“Brilliant writer, fantastic communicator, deep thinker and philosopher – but most importantly, extremely decent bloke.” – Chris Evans

 “Dazzlingly funny” – The Spectator

“If I was a gag thief, I’d be shinning up Paul Kerensa’s drainpipe” – Milton Jones

“As effortless a writer as he is a performer” – The Stage (might just mean he’s lazy)

AGE GUIDELINE: 8+ (younger ok but while there are no rude bits, it’s not aimed at children)
