Rebecca Taylor: With an HR career that stretches back to the late 1990’s, Rebecca Taylor’s not only an experienced HR professional, she’s a forward-thinker, and a strategist. As Head of HR for ResponseTap Rebecca drives forward people solutions for the business. Talent and performance management, and continuous employee development and engagement are just a few of her specialist areas. But to make a real difference, Rebecca uses her finely honed skills to build relationships with people. That way, she can quickly get to the heart of the business, and design meaningful, long-term people solutions that work. Despite having HR credentials that span almost two decades, Rebecca is also a young mum. She couples her busy day job along with her role as an Ambassador for Women in Tech, and Women in Leadership. And if that’s not enough, she’s also a founding member of the Women in Technology Northern Chapter for Microsoft and TechMumsKnect. Rebecca has also been recently shortlisted by Forward Ladies for the Rising Star award.
