UCB Guild Freshers' 2018

UCB Guild Freshers' events will kick off this year on 1st September for two weeks closing on 14th September.

There are two wristband packages available giving you access to a variety of events and activities exclusive to UCB students. By getting a wristband you are guaranteed free entry to our selected venues, discounted offers and your own limited edition 2018 Bar Crawl t-shirt. This will also save you up to £70 which is deal you do not want to miss out on.

Wristband Package options:

♦ Flamingo City ♦ £10 ♦  NOW FREE!

This wristband gives you access to the Freshers' Fayre After Party, Glee Comedy Club, and the closing party at Pryzm featuring Basshunter. You can purchase the wristband online or in person at Freshers' Fayre from 11 - 3 on the 12th September 2018. 

♦ Sunset Beach ♦ £50 ♦

Sunset Beach is an all-inclusive package including all two weeks’ worth of events with transport and a ticket to •Alton Towers• included. The trip will take place on Friday, 14th of September. This wristband gains you exclusive access to all the Freshers' activities, free entry to ALL of the selected venues, your very own Bar Crawl t-shirt, and discounted food and drink offers at specific venues.

♦ Palm Springs ♦ £40 ♦

Palm Springs is your all-access pass to our two weeks of Freshers'. This package includes all the exclusive offers that the Sunset Beach package does, except entry to Alton Towers.

♦ Palm Springs ♦ £20 ♦ SECOND WEEK ONLY

Palm Springs - Second Week Only wristband includes all the events scheduled for the second week of Freshers'. This includes the Bar Crawl, Freshers' Fayre After Party, Glee Comedy Club, and the closing party at Pryzm featuring Basshunter. You can purchase the wristband online or in person at GuildSpace Saturday 08/09 and Sunday 09/09 from 10-17. Please collect your Bar Crawl t-shirt during that time, or alternatively on Monday 10/09 from the Summer Row office 10-16. 

Please note that there is a limited number of tickets available and that they are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Collection of wristbands will be arranged for Arrivals Weekend at the Maltings on the weekend of 1st and 2nd of September. More collection options will be arranged closer to the date. Please follow our social media as this is where we will announce any additional information. 

* If you decide to purchase the Sunset Beach wristband package, you will be contacted at a later time to complete a medical form prior to the trip that is taking place on Friday, 14th of September. This will be sent to you via the email you provided when you completed your purchase.
