GLITTERBOMB TICKET TERMS
The small print, but make it fabulous.

1. Arrive on time, darling
Your ticket has an entry time on it and it means it. Once that time has passed your ticket is no longer valid, so get the glitter on early.

2. No-shows and late arrivals
If you don't make it or you arrive after your entry time, your ticket and any payments made in advance are non-refundable. We'll miss you, we just can't refund you.

3. ID for everyone
Glitterbomb is strictly 18+. Everyone needs valid photo ID to get in, whatever age you are or look. It must be your own ID. We know your ID might not match your name, your pronouns or how you look tonight. That is never a reason to turn you away and our door team know it.

4. What to wear
Serve whatever you like. The one house rule from our venues: no tracksuit bottoms, joggers or sportswear. Trainers, smart shorts and hats are all fine.

5. Drink and drugs
Security decide whether someone has had too much, not their mates. We have a zero tolerance approach to being too drunk and to illegal drugs. Look after yourself and look after each other.

6. Searches
You will probably be searched on the way in. Saying no to a search means saying no to entry. If you'd prefer to be searched by someone of a particular gender, just ask and we'll do our best to make that happen.

7. Everyone is welcome and we mean everyone
Glitterbomb is a safe space and we protect it. Homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, aggression or violence of any kind means you leave, no second chances. Come for the joy or don't come at all.

8. Queens, acts and timings
Performers, set times and the show itself can change. The party always happens.

9. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and can't be exchanged. If we cancel the event, you get your money back.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
