This evening will start with a signature Barry’s workout, red lights, heavy beats, endorphins flowing, then stick around to cool down, connect, and actually meet someone IRL. 6pm - 6:40pm: Arrive. Sign in with Barrys and Thursday host. There will be some ice breakers and a chance to chat before class.

6:40pm - 7:50pm: The Barrys class

8pm: Those who wish to have a post workout drink can head to Side street (next door to Barrys).
