All tickets purchased before Thursday the 13th August are fully refundable or transferable to another city.

To receive your refund you must submit a refund request before the 17th August.

FAQs

Can my non-university friends come?
✅ Yes! They’ll need to purchase their own ticket, and each student can bring up to two non-student guests.

Where do I use my Ultimate Queue Jump Ticket?
✅ Just show your queue jump ticket at the event entrance, and our team will let you in past the big queues

Does my ticket have to be in my name?
✅ Nope! We just scan the barcode. Be cautious when buying from third parties though to avoid scams in welcome week!

What ID do I need for entry?
✅ You must bring a valid driving license, provisional license, or passport - this follows national nightclub entry rules.
