• Physical photographic ID is mandatory. No ID, no entry.
• Last entry is 1AM. Arrive before the last-entry time stated on your ticket.
• A £5 late-entry charge applies to ticket holders arriving after their ticket's specified entry time, or after 1am.
• Doors close at 2AM. No entry will be permitted after this time.
• Please arrive early to avoid additional charges or being refused entry.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Age Restriction & Identification

Groove City is strictly an 18+ event. All attendees must bring valid physical photographic identification. Accepted forms of identification are subject to the venue's policy. Failure to provide acceptable physical ID may result in refusal of entry without a refund, where permitted by law.

2. Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for Jabula Events presents Groove City on Friday 13th November 2026 at Ultra Nightclub, Leeds, and for the specific ticket type purchased. Each ticket permits entry for one person only. Free tickets are subject to availability and any conditions stated on the ticket.

3. Entry Times, Late Fees & Door Closure

The event is advertised to run from 11PM to 4:30AM.

Last entry is 1AM, and the entrance will close at 2AM. Ticket holders must arrive before the entry time specified on their ticket. A £5 late-entry charge applies to ticket holders arriving after their specified entry time, subject to the venue's admission policy. Payment of the late fee does not guarantee admission.

No entry will be permitted after 2AM, regardless of ticket type. Attendees arriving after the doors close may be refused entry without a refund, where permitted by law and the applicable ticket terms.

Attendees are responsible for checking their ticket's entry time and arriving in good time.

4. Door Sales

A limited number of tickets may be available on the door, subject to capacity and availability. Door tickets are not guaranteed and may be priced differently from advance tickets. Advance purchase is strongly recommended.

5. Entry & Admission

Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee admission where an attendee fails to meet age or identification requirements, breaches venue rules, appears excessively intoxicated, behaves aggressively or inappropriately, or is refused entry by venue or security management. Admission decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and venue policies.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets are generally non-refundable for change of mind or inability to attend, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law or under the applicable booking terms. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, Jabula Events will communicate the relevant arrangements and applicable refund options in accordance with the law. Changes to individual DJs, hosts, supporting performers, set times or running order do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

7. Photography & Filming

Photography and video recording may take place during Groove City for event coverage, promotional materials and social media content. By attending, guest acknowledge that they may appear in event photographs or footage. 

8. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Jabula Events and the venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Conduct & Safety

Groove City aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. Discrimination, harassment, violence, threatening behaviour, abuse or intimidation towards attendees, artists, staff or security will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be refused entry or removed from the venue without a refund, where permitted by law.

10. Venue Rules

All attendees must comply with Ultra Nightclub's conditions of entry, licensing requirements, security procedures and reasonable instructions from authorised event staff and security personnel.

11. Event Information

Attendees are responsible for checking the official Fatsoma event page and Jabula Events' official social media channels for updates, including entry requirements, ticket entry times, last entry, lineup changes and any additional event information.
