Yoga Niyam is a modern comprehensive way of empower & incorporate your body, mind & soul. We teach combination of breathing, Meditation & Pranayama practices.

The teaching will be by double master degree holder (Yoga & Sports), PG Diploma in Yoga Education, Certificate in Yogic Studies, & E-RYT 500 Hours Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher.!

We teach with our heart, experience & knowledge and you will learn the correct asana alignment & with deep understanding of yogic practices.
