For this year's ball we will be starting with a bubbly reception between 17:00 and 19:00 to a string quartet, followed by the main event until 23:30 after which we have a choice of afterparties.

A little more information:

Food: There will be a hog roast available and a selection of food vendors from 17:00 till late.

Bar: The bar will be open from 17:00 and continue after 23:30 in The Students’ Union.

Dress code: Black tie/formal

Location: We will be transforming the campus for summer ball with main stage and VIP marquee.

Music: We have some really exciting acts to announce in the next few weeks alongside a string quartet and live acoustic music throughout the night.

After parties: There will be music in the The Students’ Union after the show, or the afterburner at SWX where there will be a further act. We will also be providing free shuttle buses.
