Tunbridge Wells Mental Health Resource (MHR) was founded in 1993 to provide practical and emotional support, in a safe & caring environment, for people suffering with mental ill health. Our aim is to promote social inclusion, well-being & equal opportunity and to raise awareness of mental health in the community.
Our staff and volunteers help over 900 people every year, providing our clients with short & long term, person-centered support.
