About Transmit Start-Ups
Who Are We?
Transmit Start-Ups Ltd is based in Gateshead in the North East of England. It launched in 2013 as an off-shoot of Transmit Consulting, founded in 2006.
Transmit Start-Ups Ltd was set up with sole purpose of delivering the Government’s Start Up Loans programme. We provide finance, support and mentoring to new and existing entrepreneurs aged 18 and over. We are one of only three National Delivery Partners covering all of England and Scotland.
We work with hundreds of fantastic entrepreneurs every year and receive up to 600 applications every month for this popular startup programme. The three directors have run their own companies over the last 25 years – some successes and some failures – and understand the challenges of starting and growing a business!
