Think Fair Fashion

We are MCG Management and on behalf of Winchester City Fair Trade Network we are creating an event, for March 2017, to raise awareness of Fair Trade and their policies.

All the Fairtrade events are principally to raise awareness of the array of Fairtrade products, the barriers that developing countries’ farmers face, including unfair or unequal trading conditions and the benefits that Fairtrade farmers and their communities receive to provide a more stable lifestyle.

Our event will consist of a fashion show showcasing local business selling Fair Trade clothing by using students, from Winchester University as our models. The fashion show will also showcase a local dance performing group to educate the audience on the journey of the benefits of Fairtrade.
