The Grove

The Grove is a multi-use building; we are first and foremost a music venue, boasting a 400 capacity music hall (fitted with a wonderful L’Acoustics System we might add), however we are so much more than that. We are a bar with 16 taps and cosy seating, we are a cocktail bar with a host of premium cocktails, we are an event space, we are a massive old industrial building turned cultural venue in the heart of Newcastle’s east end, where Byker meets the Ouseburn Valley.

The Grove has a large enclosed courtyard and a roof terrace accessible from stairs via the courtyard and door access from the cocktail bar.

The Venue -

Fully accessible live music venue, which is also hireable for private parties, business events and special occasions. 350 standing capacity venue, 100 seated with tables, 200 seated for conference/theatre setup.

Hire rates vary depending on time & day of the week.

The Cocktail Bar - 120 standing, 70 seated with tables, 90 seated for conference/theatre setup.
