The SUMMER LUV Festival will bring together over 2000 of Chislehurst's local residents for a memorable experience that aim's to forge stronger community relations through connections with family music, entertainment & career opportunities. The event will be a platform to showcase what local business & services the area have to offer.

On arrival Parents/ Legal guardians are encourage to go to the 'Lost Children' point to sign up to Zoo Elite’s ‘Safe Procedure’ where a photo is taken of the Child and their Parent or Guardian so that they can both be easily identified should a Lost Child Procedure be implemented. This information will be stored and destroyed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (“GDPR”).
Children will only be allowed access to the Festival if they are accompanied by a Parent or Guardian who is over the age of eighteen years and has pre-purchased tickets.
When purchasing tickets the Parent or Guardian will be asked a number of questions which will help identify that the Child belongs to the Parent or Guardian they are leaving the Festival with should a member of Security have doubts. It is also designed to flag any medical conditions or special requirements the Child may have.
When purchasing tickets, the Parent or Guardian will be notified that CCTV will be in place at the entrance and throughout the Festival and various promotional material may be filmed during the Festival. They will automatically consent to this data gathering exercise and the filming of promotional content upon purchasing the ticket.
An infant might perceive a sound as 20 decibels louder than an older Child or an Adult therefore Parents are encourage to purchase earmuffs as a safety precaution for any infants attending.
Security will conduct personal searches of all Audience members to include Adults, Young Persons, and Children by wanding, bag searches, and pat downs. SIA registered staff will use body cameras for this process.
The Festival will have clear conditions of entry to include no glass bottles, no alcohol to be brought onto site, no illegal drugs, no legal highs, no weapons of any kind, and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. If anyone is found to be contravening these conditions then the Stewards and Security will be authorised to refuse admission. Signs will also be placed at the entrance to the Festival itself and throughout informing Audience that filming and photography will take place throughout the event.
