Square Wild are a hard hitting, genre bending, force of nature from Manchester. Hard to pigeon hole but easy to love, they weave an intricate web of styles and influences to create something truly unique. On a bedrock of meaty riffs they layer funk, reggae, jazz, hard rock, ska, silliness and salacious grooves to great effect.
Suiting nearly any bill, they are a non metal band who won Manchester's metal to the masses to play Bloodstock, they are not quite prog and won Prog magazines unsigned band of the year readers poll, and they will simultaneously make you raise your fist in angst and raise your knees in dance. They are a colourful injection of fun and fury who are guaranteed to get any crowd up and at it.
