Each of these words are powerful within their own right and fully resonate with who I am, primarily through my own experiences of life as each of these words have helped me to develop my own individual footprint and meaning to my life alongside many people that have come into my life throughout the different stages of my journey.
For me these words form a circle as I believe that we enter the world with love and continue our journey learning what it is to be loved, accept love and give love.

We provide integrated therapies at our centre in Kennington South London and West Wickham Kent, we offer a safe and friendly environment. We also deliver “Soul Medicine Workshops” for groups of up to 10 people which focus on your emotional wellbeing. I look forward to meeting you soon.
