About Pure Dynamic Osteopathy

Pure Dynamic Osteopathy

Pure Dynamic Osteopathy is run by a Husband and Wife team of Richard Emmerson & Anjlee Bakrania and based locally in Crouch End. It consists of a group of therapists who are passionate about health & fitness. We focus on promoting wellness through manual therapy, exercise, nutrition, acupuncture and mindfulness within a holistic environment. Wellness is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

The Wellness Festival is a celebration of health and fitness and to this end, we are hosting free classes, talks and treatments throughout the week. The classes are varied and cover different forms of movement & treatment designed to promote physical, mental and social health. They are located at the Ply gallery, One Yoga and Studio 4 inside Hornsey Town Hall.

Pure Dynamic Osteopathy is hosting prominent guest speakers to deliver short talks on various aspects of health, together with the latest ideas and research on running, mental health, nutrition, dementia and Alzheimer’s. The talks will be held upstairs in the beautiful Art Deco Council Chambers inside Hornsey Town Hall Arts Centre.

The highlight of the festival is the Wellness Day on Sunday 18th June, where the Crouch End community will have the opportunity to take part in day of family activities for all ages focusing on health, fitness, movement and expression. Small classes to demonstrate what is available in all these fields will be held both inside and outside the town hall. Free treatments will also be available from our experienced therapists throughout the day.

Improvement through movement.
