Pintura Kitchen and Bar

Pintura (Spanish for ‘work of art’) is a brand new kitchen and bar concept in Leeds City Centre, inspired by our own experiences working and spending time in the food-crazed Basque region of Spain.

Our aim is to paint an authentic portrait of Spanish tapas using traditional recipes and artisan ingredients combined with bold and modern flavour combinations. Located in the heart of the city centre in Trinity (behind Marks and Spencer), we are set over four floors with vibrant décor, evoking the feeling of San Sebastiàn.

Our Head Chef Gregg is lucky enough to work with some of Europe's most incredible ingredients to create dishes that hopefully capture the spirit, passion and energy that the Basque people have for their food. The menu is modern, authentic Basque cuisine, inspired by the culinary epicentre of Europe. We have converted our basement into our very own gin bar, serving over 30 different gins including our very own, Portobello Road Gin. Our signature drink is the Spanish ‘copa’ gin & tonic serve – 6 different gins, served in our 21oz goblets to really compliment the botanicals of the gin, each with their own individual tonic and garnishes chosen to bring out the essence of each gin.

Sign up to our Brunch Club through our website and enjoy a free coffee or fresca juice with any of our homemade pastries or brunch dishes from the Brunch Club.

For parties of 6 or more we offer speciality sharing dishes such as a whole suckling pig, a milk fed leg of lamb or a cider house steak (weight dependent on number of diners).
