About Pink Wave
Pink Wave is a discussion led social space based in Birmingham. It started from a simple idea between the co founders (Elz and Aaliyah). We both felt that women need more spaces where they can speak openly about the things that actually affect us. So we made that space.
Every month we host a small and relaxed event built around a discussion theme. It's not a lecture or a seminar. Think more late night living room conversations where everyone actually says what they think.
After the discussion, we keep the night going with something fun and creative.
Pink Wave is mainly a space for women but some events will open up the conversation to everyone. The goal isn't to lecture people or turn things into debates but it's to create a space where people can speak honestly, listen to different perspectives and leave with new ideas (and probably new friends).
