Light in the Dark CIC ✨
Light in the Dark CIC was created to bring awareness to suicide and depression, while actively working to break the silence around mental health. Built from real life experience, we understand how isolating and overwhelming things can feel — and how important it is to know you’re not alone.
Our mission goes beyond awareness. We focus on creating safe, inclusive spaces where people can connect, talk openly, and feel supported without judgement. Whether that’s through community outreach, collaboration, or events, everything we do is rooted in compassion and connection.
We use creativity and community to make difficult conversations more accessible — turning heavy topics into opportunities for support, understanding, and hope.
From glow parties that quite literally shine light on the darkness, to ongoing initiatives that support those struggling, every part of Light in the Dark is about making a real, lasting impact.
