About Highland Craic

Highland Craic

Welcome to Highland Craic, an online community for business owners and managers in the private sector and decision makers in the public, academic and social enterprise sectors, across the Highlands and Islands promoting business, entrepreneurship and growth.

We hope to stimulate discussions, an exchange of views and opinions, a sharing of knowledge and offer members business opportunities and deals not necessarily available elsewhere. Whether you live and work in Kintyre, Keith or Kirkwall, Lochgilphead, Luss or Lerwick, Stirling, Stornoway or Stromness we aim to remove some of the hurdles our geographical locations throw up.

Basic membership of Highland Craic is free. On joining you become a Graham. You are welcome to upgrade to Donald, Corbett or Munro level membership and take advantage of some of the special benefits on offer. For more information contact Mark on info@highlandcraic.com .

We welcome both businesses and individuals as members. You are welcome to create a separate membership for each business or organisation you are connected to. You must use a different email address for each membership profile.

You are welcome to post matters relating to your business but please make clear which country you trade or operate from if not the UK. You also must comply with UK law regarding online advertising so may not advertise financial services or other items not regulated within the UK.

Groups are for members who share a common interest in a hobby, business organisation or other matter. You cannot set up or use a group to promote your own products and/or services, especially if these are outside the UK. Please join or create groups and identify yourself with fellow members who share your interest or activity. Link to other members as friends and exchange private messages with them. Invite others to join your groups.

Please encourage members of your business network to join. The greater the membership, the more useful the network is to us all.

We maintain Highland Craic groups on the ABN Community, LinkedIn and KILTR and we have a Facebook page. I encourage you also to participate in these Social Media fora too.
