About Chandos Choir
<b>The Chandos Choir is one of the older established choirs in the South London/Surrey area and was formed over 60 years ago. <b/>
<p>
Members' ages ranging from 30 to 80, and we are a nice friendly choir, and we are OPEN for new members to join us in all voice-parts (we have particular need of first sopranos and altos at present).
<p>
We have a membership of about 35 at present, and are looking for new singers. Our conductor is the excellent Robert Randall, well-known and respected local musician. We do not have auditions; and although lots of members sight read we have several that are just learning, so come and have a go and we will support you.
<p>
We meet at Coulsdon Methodist Church Hall, Brighton Road, Coulsdon CR5 2BE on MONDAY evenings at 7.45pm, closing at 9.50pm with a break part-way through for tea and a cake.
