A+ events Terms and Conditions when purchasing a ticket (PLEASE READ)

AGE VERIFICATION
Our events are 18+ and the venues that we work with operate the ‘Check 25’ policy. If you look under 25 please ensure you bring ID with you to gain entry. The door staff will only accept a valid Passport or Drivers License (provisional is fine). No ID = No Entry.

REFUNDS – CANCELLATIONS
Where prepaid tickets are purchased or table deposits are paid directly to A+ Events through the following cancellation terms will apply:

Cancellation 8+ days before the event – Full refund less £10 admin fee.
Cancellation within 7 days of the event – No refund will be given.

Tickets bought through any other third party will be subject to the cancellation policy imposed by that company.

REFUNDS – REFUSED ENTRY
Where prepaid tickets are purchased or table deposits are paid the venue management retain all rights and entry is not guaranteed but will not unfairly be withheld. Tickets will NOT be refunded if you are refused entry for one of the following reasons:

You are deemed to be too intoxicated.
You appear to be under the influence of drugs.
You don’t have valid ID proving you are over 18. (See above)
You do not adhere to the venue’s dress code.

In the instance of entry being refused for one of the above reasons the decision of the door staff is final.

LAST ENTRY
Unless otherwise stated the last entry for any prepaid ticket and table bookings is midnight. Groups arriving after midnight may find that their table has been resold or that their tickets are no longer valid.

Please be aware that there may be queues. Once the venue reaches legal capacity we will operate a one in one out policy. At this point any queue-jump privileges attached to your tickets will be void.
