If you have bought multiple tickets for friends, please give each person their own ticket before you arrive. Please also note; • Any tickets that are damaged, defaced or altered will not be accepted. • We operate a strict over 18’s policy & valid ID will be required. • A valid Passport or Driving License are the only accepted forms of ID. • Single Entry is not allowed. • Customers may be subject to a search on arrival. • Management will not be responsible in the event of entertainment cancellations. • Our dress code is smart/casual strictly no sportswear or trainers. • Management reserve the right to refuse entry in accordance with licensing law. • ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE & NON EXCHANGEABLE.
