We're very excited to announce our next Health & Well-being event which we'll be hosting at BLOK on Friday 23rd July at 12.30pm.
Abi Allen will be leading the BLOKstrength class. Your ticket also includes one of BLOK's famous post-workout shakes, and a tasty Nutrition Bowl and Wellness shot for lunch from our friends at The Green Lab.
Tickets are £8.50 each, as usual, £1.00 from each ticket sale will go to our charity of the year, The Prince's Trust.
What is BLOKstrength?
BLOKstrength classes feature a range of strengthening and toning exercises which work to make you stronger, fitter and leaner, whilst developing your balance, coordination and posture. Incorporating both isometric and isotonic exercises, each movement is set to a tempo, designed to make you perform to your optimum ability. During rest periods they focus on stretching, to lengthen muscles whilst improving strength and recovery.

Housed in the Grade II listed Ducie Street Warehouse, BLOK Manchester holds three multidisciplinary studios and state of the art changing facilities. A fusion of Victorian architecture and contemporary design, the 5000 sqft space hosts classes in 10 disciplines: Barre, Yoga, Strength, Boxing, High Intensity, Pilates, Restorative, Mobility, Dance and Calisthenics.

COVID-19 Measures: Showers and changing rooms are open - maintain social distancing at all times and wear a mask when in the vicinity of others. Masks are not required during classes.
